    Make sure your tapers are perfectly clean and then after slightly lubricating the threads you want to use 105 ft lbs.

    Right, that verifies the horn works nothing else. I think he's finding it hard to believe you have two failed ones as do I. Buy a inexpensive IR gun and take it on the lake with a partner. While they drive, take readings from where the head meets the block. Something seems a miss.

    Pretty sure that motor has water deflectors inside the water porting around the cylinder walls. Did you inspect those?

    I had go carts first, mini bikes...then a yz 80 then eventually had a YZ 400 before retiring to outboards and fishing. Doing a "Raggedy Ann in the whoop-de-doos solved that!

    I believe certain models had a 1 7/16 nut on them. Have you tried that?

    First video, which isn't the best quality, didn't sound like it was idling to fast and wasn't "popping" Popping is the two stroke thing! To tell the truth, sounded like it was missing. Just my 2 cents....either way your all over it so I'm sure you will get it out of "sure will".

    Not sure what that picture is. I thought maybe you have a ficht motor....in your breakdown there's clearly a vro2 on the right side. Also shows a small pulse pump and a vst. Throws me for a loop.

    Looks like you posted the same question twice so looks like an innocent mistake. Those numbers don't help us. Post photos of your engine and we can get you close enough.

    Yes, not my specialty...typically it's just a ground switch. Not sure on yours....mid wire patch through? I don't get the point. One thing though, you can't get continuity from ground wire to cold sensor. Sensor needs to be hot to complete connection. Make it hot and plug in the tan wire, should...
