Considering buying this boat and I have never had a boat with omc gear...are they reliable and easy access to engine parys and out drive. The boat is mint and comes with a survey saying so . Any input would be appreciated

I switched to a pertronix ignition and have went through 2. I want to go back to points . Any suggestions on wich distributer to buy

I got her pumping however the carb is now in question. Hardly any shot of gas so.. Rebuild time

Working on this boat for a friend and the fuel pump wasn't working so we replaced it..same issue...there is no obstructions and filters new...now is there a rod the pump shaft rides on. From what I can see and feel it seems just to ride the cam lobe...any suggestions

I had the engine running great last year and had to pull it to rebuild floor and transom. Just working the bugs out I think

I bought an edelbrock 4 barrel and matching intake

I have a feeling it is yes...it wouldn't start last time out so my partner cranked key while I watched fuel filter and it wasn't flowing...let it sit..did it again and it filled filter speratic it seemed. We idled back to dock...if I gave it any throttle it died

Right how ever the arm is different then the pump I pulled out..slight difference

Good day, looking for suggestions on fuel pump part number. I ordered one of Amazon that said it would work however the arm looks slightly different

My coil matches my dizzy and once I get the spark tester I'll find out if it's bad I suppose

I bought the billet igniter 2 so is it possible to switch it to points to give that a whirl. This is my second dizzy for this engine. First one was warranty for what seems to be the same problem

I did bypass yes.

So here's what I'm dealing with...pertronix ignition...flamethrower coil 0.6 ohm..and 4 post starter soliniod.. I have white wire hooked to positive coil and dizzy pos...and I terminal pos on coil...brown and coil black to negative...is this correct
