Re: MBS - Pretty Catchy These Days --- $80??? Whatchathink...
That's what I'm thinkin... nice part with these boats is the sides are really quite high... so you have a sense of security if you will. I like the new ones --- they are really wide... but not always that deap...which after being in some pretty decent ways recently makes me want something with high sides.
FYI guys --- went and looked at yet another tin boat last night --- really old one --- back transom only had a small piece of wood for the motor to clamp to otherwise the whole transome was just two pieces of metal! Hull had a couple of patched holes --- but it had an old evinrude lark? on it. Needed a looooooot of work.... still debating on this one. Might offer a $100 for the boat/motor/trailer and see if the seller will take it. Couldn't find a plate on it --- no idea what the make was --- but pretty sure it wasn't a Starcraft.

You been talking to Teamster, haven't you?No steering, controls or dash = less $$$ outlay. Cut the
bow back a bit to open up the interior and make some bow storage. You can make a mini splashwell if one is really needed. You can have a nice little fun boat. No more mind changing, Jim.![]()
