Gents.... ok the Jet is a 100% go for starting asap... sooooo here's the short list before starting to strip the paint off the bottom...

1. Finish painting the garage --- prolly 80+% done now. Been working on it every morning now... so just about there.
2. Build a frame/dolly out of the wooden remains of the rock crawling track. This will have the boat on it with 3 6" swivel wheels so that I can move it about with ease --- a mini trailer!
3. Rake about 80 bags of leaves...
Begin!

So --- just a quick update. But very close indeed. :)

Look at the bright side, you now will have extra time to find more boats.

Is this the rite of passage for us Tinheads? Something I have to look forward to. Plenty of AL splinters and minor nicks and cuts, but no stitches for me - yet. No dishes is a good thing. ;) Wait a minute, this isn't a tin ouchy, you were doing dishes.

Holy cow Jim, you can't be doing these things and in the kitchen!! YIKES. I woulda said it happened in the garage working on the tin ;). Hope it heals fast, but now you do have time to sit in the boat with pen and paper, planning.:D

With one hand, you'll just work half as fast, that's all!

Sad to say it was a household injury.... But it shows comittment.... :)

Ya... its gonna be a little bit... its right across the meat of the thumb... you dont realize how much a challenge basic things are (including typing) until you have to use one hand exclusively! Like toothpaste on a toothbrush... :)

Anyway it'll heal soon enough... just enough time to draw out the plans for both boats!

Holy smokes that's a bad dish wound! I almost cut the end of my left index finger off a few months back. I tangled with a great big end mill at work. Only 3 stitches due to my cat-like reflexes (not kidding), could have been ugly. So how'd ja do it? Reaching for another potato chip and hit the bowl too hard?:p

Ya, I'm pretty much a punk. Still cheesed at you and Dozer for hogging all the Starcrafts. Did you see my latest project? I had to get a Sea Nymph, cause I couldn't find a 14' Starcraft.

Just bustin' on ya. Hope you heal up real soon.

We (I) have spies that tell us (me) that there were mini-attack piranha planted in said dish water. Small enough to avoid detection and under strict orders to devour themselves to rather then be taken alive or discovered....

Jim was lucky to pull back more then a wrist stump.....

It was a viscous plot to maim a tin hoarder

Border land tin-aholics in the US have posted a dire warning against further intrusions by the Canadian tin navy, on raiding parties, into US tin country.

Until further notice, Dozer & Jim should check under their car seats & hoods before starting the car.

That is all............

Found some interesting tin this week. But I am officially over my possession limit
