Well you have not had that old avatar on since we were on the old system (or was it the one before that or before that ) I have a few I tried that even though my computer stated they met the specs I just could not get to work.

Hmmmm....

I have a gif program but it is just a demo, I would say I could fix it for you but you'll be going around with the name of the gif program on top of the avator. I had to fix a gif file that was acting the same way, but the program cost some money witch I don't have, but it is a pretty neat gif program.

I do have a gif animation program. Some boards do not allow for animated gif.

Could it be the way you named the file? it is named fish.jpg.gif. I deleted the .jpg part and it seems to work. Give it a try without the .jpg in the name. It might be confusing the board code.

I did save it as my avatar and it worked. Im convinced the problem was the name nomenclature.

The guy fishing works fine and as you can see, http://i3.tinypic.com/6lb83dh.gif has no jpg in it.

Spinner...check me out...steal it and I'll switch back to my flag. When you upload it in usercp, upload it from your computer and let iboats host it, vs. uploading from a different web site. It will say "file upload failed" but it works nonetheless...I think it may be because the height is 101px and the limit is 100...but it works...
