Golf Pro (teaching) but moved for my fiance to finish dental school(not much golf here) I'm currently in sales/management. I may go back to school in a few years.

Service Delivery Manager for a company that supports all IT functions at Port Of Oakland(Ca.). 3 techs work for me, at any given day I can work with low/high voltage, fiber up in 250' ship cranes, underground conduits, telco, wireless equip., and truck pedestal equip., never a dull day

Just as I thought when I posted this thread.. we have an eclectic, diverse group on here..

If there was a way to bottle the collective genius of all of you we'd (make that I) would be rich, wait..I am wealthy indeed, not the $$ kind of wealth..

Keep em coming..Maybe I'll start a "Dream Job" thread..professional Scotch & cigar taster? Owning a charter fishing boat outta Cabo? could be heaven...lol

20 Years working for my uncle in many capacities with actually a divided career between Engineering, Equipment Operations, construction and destruction ..... taught all phases and last job was in charge of 5 engineerings schools..... did quite a long stint as a recruiter for my uncle too!
Dam I miss my fellow soldiers.....

Road commisioner - too many political games there.
Automobile sales and a manager at a dealership.
Owner of a Special Effects Company and I specialize in real effects - not the computer generated ones.

Presently, I am a college representative for two schools and on the road alot.... but I do love the job!

I help design a computer system for the case management of child welfare (abuse and neglect) cases. Previously investigated child abuse and neglect allegations, then decided it was more fun playing with computers and training the social workers. Also worked as a social worker in a maximum security prison for 14-20 year old males charged as adults.

Pizza maker- 10 years. running the production side of one of our assembly lines. My line made approximately 65 million pizzas last year. Our plant made 175 million units last year. (DiGiorno, Tombstone, Jack's, CPK, Delissio, and the new Flatbread varieties that we started production on this week.)

Web Developer at a sports company. Have a killer web site idea? Let me know. Always looking to be self-employed again.

I'm also a web developer but I'm at a health insurance company. Boring! but steady. Just started a new job a month ago at a different health insurance company making 27% more than I did at my last job. That's really been a help. Lots of people getting laid off around in the area so I'm grateful to be doing well.

Finance mgr at small town Jeep,Dodge,Chrysler,Ford,Mercury dealership. Plus my wife and I own our own Finance company that finances Campers, Motorhomes ect.. If you own a 06 to 09 Chrysler Product, chysler will sell you a lifetime warranty on the whole vehicle, bumper to bumper. thats crazy. if you keep your vehicle for a long time it will pay for itself in spades. contact your local dealer for more info.

Started in web offset printing in 1969, went through the evolution into digital printing into the 90's.
November 11, 2000, production manager at digital printing working overtime on a Saturday because production staff wouldn't come in as rebellion against lot's of overtime. Started at 6 am and at 9:30 pm decided to wrap up and go home. Took the last roll ov paper off the machine, turned to put it on a table and bang !!!! fell to the floor in excruciating pain. Turned without lifting my feet and twisted my back. Been on disability since.

Now waiting for spring and getting out on the boat.

You always know you've got HP's Indian helpdesk when you hear the theme to the movie Love Story. LOL

The 5k workstations was a hospital complex. Myself and an associate did the network impact analysis, planning and logistics to upgrade 4000+ Windows 98 workstations to XP. They also contracted me to configure their print server with over 900 printers, and write vb login scripts.

Truckdriver. When the economy is not in the tank I haul forest products/logging equipment from the pacific NW. Now, most of my work is dismantling and hauling machinery from companies that have sold/went bankrupt, whatever.


Yeh, the wide loads that get in your way on the highways.
