You made a pick-up in Youngstown? Well, I guess it's not that far from WV depending on where you are.

Ordered clay from ebay waiting for it to arrive. Can't wait to see how this is going to work ..... I never heard of it.

I screwed up and got overspray on the hood of my truck while painting my hull last year. An hour of work with the Clay bar and you'd never know it happened. Smooth as a babys behind and not one scratch. My son was freakin out. He had never seen or heard of it either.

Yeah, I thought my truck finish was slick but after I Clayed it, Man you can tell the difference. By the way, I clayed the gunwales of the BF and OH YEAH, no nubs not nuthin, Just... S L I C K!!!

Yep, I had just forwarded photos from my phone, so it was handy..... Actually stopped 1/2way back & grabbed a total wreck:

But it is for training our guys at work. Just had to dump my youngstown stuff & drive back up & pick it up. '61 Glasspar G3, maybe? Going to post it in a "what is it" thread..

Gotta keep that ^^^ intel out of the hands of the SC guys. Til Wed's p/up, I'm on melting thin ice...

No, it was the 1/2 way back boat. @ Washington, PA. It could have been a really nice little 13' 4" speedboat. But he butchered it 14,000 ways from Sunday w/ bad choices & a grinder. There's no straight 'glass anywhere on the cap, body lines are wavy in width & height. The 'sponsons' are a mess, punched holes thru from the inside & used construction grade 'Great Stuff' spray insulation to fill them. Used thru carriage bolts to secure unprepped (raw) 1X3's around both cockpits. And destroyed the vertical support that used to have a really nice Glasspar G3 logo at the front of the rear cockpit.

I think those are 40 hp and my boat has a limit of 20 hp. The original paperwork from MFG say that my boat has a 35 hp limit but the state of PA issued a capacity tag to the PO that states 20 hp and Ohio says that they have to go by the existing capacity tag and can't change it. So I am stuck with a smaller motor. I have a Merc 9.8 for now till I get it in the water and see how well that pushes it. My boat is only 13'.

It sure doesn't feel like I am flying ..... lol. But it does feel good to be at the stage where everything is repaired and now it is just a matter of putting things back together.
