tomatoes, corn, beans, lobloly pine trees, clams, oysters, concrete bridge parts, chincoteague ponies, and chicken. (both tyson and perdue)

we are very rural on the eastern shore, they're trying to build the tourist trade but other than chincoteague it's a hard sell. Just not much to do if you don't have a boat.

Hmmm, almost all the ones around here say Neenah, WI on them. Sorry we don't have yours from MI.

A lot of you included things made in your region, I only listed stuff made in the city limits of Peoria, and East Peoria (right across the Illinois River.

If I want to expand to the region it would be:

Oh yea, one more thing that's "made" in my area is Don's Fish & Chips.....absolutely the WORST I've ever had, fish cakes in the greasiest batter in the world........yuk!!! But people line up every Friday night, and boaters from all around come for them in the summer time.

When I asked what type of fish they used the answer was "white fish". The guy didn't know whether it was halibut, haddock, cod or sole or what...just white fish.
