Nothing to drink, can't quite reach the snacks, can't even hear them, whispering like they are...a beer, a measly old beer, heck I will even share one with bill if need be...now I've got a snack craving coming on as well...just great!

Still good to see you though TC ;):D

I don't see how ppl become voyeurs, I don't have the patience!

Beer looks good, though!

Can't beleive it's dark and they have sweatshirts on. I just got out of the shower from mowing all day and it was 98 degrees here. We still have a good 30 mins of daylight left! Don't see how you guys live in the arctic like that!

I'm going to get a beer myself. Good job on your boat so far TC. Best of luck with the sanding!

That's too funny!!! Sitting there in your socks drinking beer with a friend! I hope they signed a waiver so you could stream them on the internet:eek:

Have a good night. Enjoy your beer while I scratch my head at this electrical bs that I'm going through. Hell I'd rather be sanding again like you at this point!

TC,
I could use a little of that cooler weather right now. Not as cold as you are getting, Just a little cooler. I was helping out a friend yesterday and it started raining and it felt great. It was 90, it did get all the way down to 75 at night. :p
Take care
Bob

Re: Tallcanadian's 1976 Sunray Refresh.

Today I rolled on the first coat of primer. Very nice hot, sunny day in the high 70's. Then it got cloudy and the wind changed to the north. In a couple of hours it dropped to 53. However it did dry before the change. It threatened rain so I tarped it. Tomorrow is going to be nice to I will sand the first and put on my second coat.

Today I rolled on the first coat of primer.

The way you were pounding down the cold ones last night, I'm surprised you could 'roll' out of bed :p{kidding} Good to see your getting some cooperative weather.

LOL. Thanks just how I got up too. I rolled. Listen, when you've had as much wet weather as we have this year, I'd have to be on my death bed not to get up with the sun. No matter how much it hurt. ;) And it really hurt.

Re: Tallcanadian's 1976 Sunray Refresh.

Okay, today was great. I put my second coat of primer on the bottom. I mixed it 50/50 with the colour I"m going to paint it. It spread nice. So now the next coat will be the actual paint. A bit of sanding first, nothing serious. Now you will see a lot of imperfections on the bottom. I don't go into a lot of detail on the bottom because the lakes here are very rocky and I expect to hit a few rocks this summer. Four wheeling on the lakes here is not uncommon. Now I will spend more time on the rest of the sides and top. So far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed for the weather to continue.
