Well I am not happy with the engines performance, The Q-jet is messed up, the throttle shaft is sucking air. When I drop the hammer I can feel & hear it starving for fuel

When up at WOT, the rpms start dropping by themselves.
I don't think a 600cfm would be big enough for this engine,was thinking of putting the 750cfm on her

with a performer EPS. I have a Torker (not the Torker II ) but the bottom end is lousy on them. It is about the Worst manifold Edelbrock ever made.
Also figured in is a new 9"x5"Flame Arrestor. The Mercruiser 6"x2" one seems like its too small & maybe chokes the engine
