I have lived in Quebec all my life, and if I have it my way I will die here. The Gatineau Hills are Gods country! Pike - Walleye - Trout - Bass (Smallies and Bucket Mouths) - Perch - Crappies - Cats you could put a saddle on... and many other types ... all within one hour of Downtown Ottawa/Hull - almost all edible (North West on The Ottawa and all Quebec lakes). City has over 1million people, and moose, deer, wild turkey, partridge, bear can all be had.. again; within one hour from down town.

I have to admit to being jealous of people from Winnipeg... they fall into a puddle and come out with 20 pound Northerns in their pockets... just polluted with BIG fish in that province (Manitoba). If it wern't for the black flies, that would be the only province I would seriously consider relocating to.

A very small farm town...Binbrook Ontario Canada....The True North Proud And Free.....google Scout Billy Green, my great grandmothers uncle....Our farm has been in the family since 1835....great place to be....

Originally from Passaic New Jersey, to Wayne New Jersey. to Poughkeepsie New York, to Wappingers Falls New York , to Hyde Park New York, back to Mcafee New Jersey, to Vernon Valley New Jersey, and Landed in beautiful Cape Coral Fl. 28 yrs. ago. Everything is beautiful here, especially boating and fishing.

Nope, actually live in Richmond, which for those of you who do not know is part of greater Vancouver, just across the bridge.

Actually met Oops through these forums, and have drank many of his beers since!! Great friend. Hope to go up and visit later this month, hope you have some work for me to do other than sanding! Great to get in touch with others of the boating community. Who else is close to Van, or even Washington state?

I was born in Upstate NY, Little Falls to be exact. Moved to Texas 29 years ago and now reside on the west end of Galveston Island, Texas.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, but it's too fricking cold in the winter. Besides. they just traded Charles Roberts to the Lions so I'm no longer a Bombers fan.

Lived in Vancouver area for 15 year or so. Too fricking wet in winter.

Moved to Kelowna 12 years ago. Not so cold and not so wet. Plus our summers here are gorgeous. Close enough to the coast to go crabbing for a weekend, or head down when the salmon are in the river, but real close to a lot of trout lakes.

And I was born in Galveston and lived there till I was 8. Mom & Dad moved us to Arkansas.........and as they say, the rest is history...........still miss the sound of the waves at night, very soothing.

IOWA! yeah.. uh.. so okay its not the coolest place. but we do have some water here!

Is it clear? We have been here in Iowa too long, my kids think all water is brown and slimy.

Need to move back to Ontario ( in The Great-White-North, Eh) where the water is clear, and the beer is drinkable!
