    Just replaced lowers seals in 1983 115hp inline 6 after getting help from the post. After many helpfull threads the innies in and the outties out worked . Tested it today in water and ran 10 min no oil . Thank for your help

    Sorry but I have read and have service manual but can not understand how to install lower unit seal when I remove the old seals the inner seal was going the same way as the outter seal . I saying that the lips that gose around the shaft are faceing the same way. in the manual one going one way...

    Re: Mercrury enricher vale there a picture of the new vale it can be used on 4 diff units. if it didn't ajust I will have to think mine was bad becasue of the gas comming out the top. it was only a small amount but it would also be able to suck air in to it. hope this will helps someone.100ck
