    Maybe check your choke/fuel enrichening device for proper operation…could be not opening completely after engine is warmed up causing the rich mixture/low power…

    Now you’ve replaced the 2 drain/vent screw gaskets/washers, put fresh oil, go run the motor in fresh water lake or river for a few hours…..then drain the oil and check for water….I’m guessing it’s fixed..
