Think you have an item which is starting to draw more current over time. From the previous drawing it can be anything which is connected to it. With the idle being incorrect and resetting when turned off/on that would be my thought, clean or not
Your low pressure is good, but high is low. The HP pump is most likely your problem. Could also be the fuel pressure regulator which is on the fuel rail (item 22 in above pic)
The pic of the TB means you have a drive by wire control. Sure could use a serial number but we are getting closer
Check at the top of the thread, you should see "unwatch". If you see "watch" then your not subscribed
Next go into your settings to verify email and all is correct
Looks are deciving, use your ohm meter and connect from pin C to ground and see what kind of ohm reading you get. Ohm out the other connector pins as seen in post 4
I don't have diacom (have Techmate) but maybe @tpenfield can have a look
Check the connections coming from the ICM, and insure the ground pin is making a good ground

Timing is not advancing far enough so you have lower power. The DTC-41 is the ECM is getting a high or low signal (not normal) on the ignition timing circuit. Voltage variance could be from the component, bad ground or power connection.
Input to the ECM comes from the Cam position (if...

Its corrosion welded to the assembly.
I sounds like the motor is still in the boat, and if so its real hard to be able to apply enough power to break it free.
Have you tried to put some heat on it from the stern side. Careful use of a torch
True sad story, and no one died
Friend of mine which has a brother which was doing SAR ops with Sheriffs office and National Guard. Dropped off folks at a pier and was going back to pick others off of island and large wave tossed him out of the boat. Boat kept circuling several times and he...
Any LEO can site for the issue, doesn't matter if it didn't come with one. My Rinker came with one and the tether has never been used, its in the glove box.
My 70 something Chrysler didn't come with one, but I was planning (prior to this post) on installing one because its so small
