    Probably not the starter, my first guess is corroded cables. Remove the battery cables on both ends including where it attaches to the block and the starter. Clean them up real good to nice shinny metal. If the click is coming from down by the starter then the cable cleaning should fix it...

    Your good, that is the latest part number for the impeller Directly above the distribution housing a hose goes into a Tee. Take the hoses off it and see if the ones going to the risers have a smaller diameter hole
