    I doubt new trim assembly would help if the motors do not turn up or down on their own by applying Bat & Grd on blue and green wires to the motors. better find out why first. at least do a measurement of OHMs on the motor side. IF open look for broken wires or.... motor likely...

    some folks do ad a bit of oil in the fuel at a 200/1 ratio it helps injectors from rusting , fuel pump etc... and does not cause any problems store it/run it with 2+4D fuel saver and run some Evinrude Carbon Guard search Oly's brew on the ETECweb site

    no need to replace pump parts ... common square pumps will work fine and usually cheaper than parts !!! . if it is a pump issue ex; main diaphragm some folk use nitrile glove or sheets to cut a good pieces out and replace the pump diaphragm or you can thread the side cover...

    you could always try counting turns and unscrewing the idle screws and blow some carb cleaner to dislodge any crud reinstall the LS screw with same count same on the bolts at the bottom of the carbs remove and push a fine monofilament in the hidden jets blow out with carb cleaner...
