    You really do need to buy a VOM to check voltages and resistances :-) A volt meter would have told you if 12v passed either side of the fuse but fuses are cheap .

    seals likely shot my 2005 did the same you can try adding oil but it will leak out. My dealer did the service but apparently if you are at ease with doing the work it is not all that hard to do. You need a tool to unscrew the top of the cyl and the seal kit the 2005 required...

    where the main batt connects to the selenoid IN side follow the smaller wire (s) attached to the same post .. usually anyway

    I believe... T&T relays and selenoid control are fed +12 via the main fuse did you check it ??

    I found tool rental shops have most sized you need because they have all sorts of gas powered tools to maintain. I paid about 20 Cents CDN a foot or amazon....

    does it look like a mechanical .. or just high compression with plugs in do not reverse the flywheel... impeller fins turn clockwise like the fw you can drop the LU anyway to change your old impeller.. change the oil look for water .. and while the GC is down see if the problem is...

    experts here on that specific aspect may provide more info but your note seems to indicate a relation between the pump work and the consequence hence the need to review your work but... yes barrel testing will do that to as racerone points out !! you can always try a big fan to see...

    any chance you forgot parts sounds like the infamous 9.5hp problem of exhaust fumes working its way up to the power head and suffocating it ?? check of fumes under the cowl when it dies if so inspect lower housing and impeller work you did
