BRP reveals a new style of outboard, Rotax powered, horizontal crankshaft....

They are not wonderful if the repairs cost to much to actually fix them. Kinda funny though one of the best engine manufacturers in the world still running 2 strks. Putting the engine under the water line is nothing new.

"No Oil" Alarm on 1999 FICHT 90HP

I am not ripping on you. With the price of your EMM and the parts you just bought you exceeded the value of the motor. That is just a fact. Don't be mad because your motor went obsolete in less than 5 yrs of being manufactured. Your mechanic should be able to tell you which pump. Why don't you...

    93 Evinrude 60Hp

The $185 one is a Chinese knockoff. The $500 is the OEM one and the one I would purchase. Or you can convert it to a premix motor with a $100 pump. As far as the prop goes look on the hub for either the size or parts #.

"No Oil" Alarm on 1999 FICHT 90HP

So instead of having it scanned and getting the specific code, you decided to load the parts cannon. Good luck with that approach. If your mechanic worked on it why did he not tell you why part was throwing the code. Everything you just bought probably exceeded the value of the motor.

‘94 150 fast strike fuel pump part

Do not buy the cheap Chinese one off of eBay unless you plan on using it as a pre mix pump. Ditto with the used one. The no oil flow sensor is in the pump, so if the pump is still moving o there will be no alarm.

    86 ? 9.9 hp Mercury Prop hub

Look up you serial # and see if the hub is available. If it is a prop shop should be able to press one for you.

    1999 90hp FICHT~Premix Conversion?

You CANNOT premix that motor!!!! There is no way to do it and it will be an expensive lesson. Whatever is causing the low oil alarm must be repaired.

    Timing and synchronizing a 1988 v4 130 hp 2 stroke. Need help.

I never cared about low speed timing because idle speed in gear on a warm motor is way more important.

2003 Johnson 150 port temp sensor

If the diode was open I believe the horn would sound all the time. I think the diode is there to isolate the VRO signal.
