    the " missing millimeter tip" could be stuck in the ls orifice in the idle cct chamber under the dime size plug get a new plug pull theold one out and check the side wall of the chamber where the tip normally controls the inflow of fuel to the top chamber... check utubes on cleaning...

    this thread is 11 years old.... best to open a new one reviving old ones is not recommended. the problem is hopefully solved since 2013 :) in any event those pumps are all over the place incl Amazon. Any proper sized pulse pump should work space permitting...

    back to basics... buzzers buzz because they are defective (it happens) or they are told to buzz by wires being chaffed or by defective "sensors"... finally because a problem is not fixed (cooling oiling etc..) . try to find the wiring diagram feeding the buzzer or trace the wires back...

    if the coils don't scrape the FW check the side throttle linkage your video does not show the port side enough to see the linkage.

    btw servicing the magneto... condensers if never changed are likely bad...VOM testing is not fool proof since they are subjected to high voltages tha can leak across the inner foils. jfyi... refurbishing the magneto is about $125-$150 in parts but well worth it for another 10-15 years +...
