    Being a 2009 it could be a breaker or fuse and if it's a inline fuse then it's behind the dash. Follow the Red/Purple wire on the key switch

    Check the fuel contents, might be a bit of water, or gunk in the carb. Could be anything after sitting thru the winter. Might just need to get and run it hard for a bit

    The kill switch needs to be connected. By disconnecting power is removed from the coil 12.36V is 70% charge, full charge is 12.6 to 12.7, could also be the meter accuracy Yes, water coming out is probably plugs removed

    Agree aluminum Not knowing anything about the boat, the growth leads me to think the OMC system (Mercathode for Merc) is not working. The Anode should be depleting indicating it is saving the drive(s). This isn't happening so I do wonder why. Maybe @kenny nunez may have an idea

    Being these are inboards they might be L29's What is the serial number of one of the motors?

    Do you hear 2 beeps when key is turned to Run? Do you hear the fuel pump run before starting? Is the kill switch pulled?
