    No, looking at 1 FP relay. The coil inside the relay needs 12V and a ground to energize and pass current thru pins 30 and 87. If 12V is on one side of the coil but no ground on the other it will not energize. The ECM controls the ground to turn it ON. So with no ground supplied by ECM you...

    I should clarify, was looking for power with replay installed, this way 12V on one side of the relay coil will show up on the other when a ground is not applied by ECM With having 12V on 64 of the FP relay this means that pin 85 goes to ECM pin J1-23 instead of 86. It will work the same.

    Measure voltage on pin 86 of the FP relay, it should show 12V and then go to zero for a couple seconds when ECM applies a ground, then go back to 12V

    Her is your main and FP relays Ones the Main (item 14) turns everything ON, the ECM will apply a ground from J1-23 for a couple seconds to turn FP (item 1)

    Agree, hard to find, and for the most part getting it exactly may not be that critical Had a MPI Throttle body that was damaged and had to readjust using hand tools.     Most all bearings are made over seas, I've had no issues with them. That said sold my Rinker after 27 years with original oem greasable bearing
