    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

Just guessing, but I think by removing the CAT it changed how the water flows. The 150* while hot and can burn its not that bad. So one is at 150 and other at 190, so the 190 is not getting enough flow. The port side drain fixture if not clean may also cause some issue. I just don't know enough

    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

This is simplistic and showing a V6 but its basically the same With that in mind, the issue doing it this way with your Mans might be the Man to elbow gasket. Don't know if the 2 holes are enough to pass all, probably will but have not been tested If I knew you were going to use O2 bypass I...

    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

While 150 is very hot and 190 will give instant 3rd degree burns, so we might want to do something. These temps will not hurt the motor With removing the CAT and bypassing sensors, you could reroute the hoses so all water goes thru the Mans and out. Loose the 3 point and install a 7 point

    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

The serial number helps a bunch, you have CAT's When I mentioned 4 port Stat, I was thinking this With CAT you have a different 4 port, and should have a 160* thermostat Also having CAT's the mans should get hotter then others, how hot I don't know because don't have the manual, but @muc...

    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

Things don't add up If 150 is correct then 190 isn't If 150 is not correct, (take reading at sendor not on top of housing) then maybe bravoits or air leak

    350 mag mpi manifold/elbow temp

The temp variations between the elbows does not concern me, only the actual temps, that is if the temps are correct. Don't see how the gauge can show 150 and the housing show 120 where the sender is located (assuming 4 port housing). Maybe a serial number might help to know what your housing...

My opinion If you "really" like the boat and plan to keep it do what ever to make it yours. No one "I know of" has ever broke even on a boat If I was going to keep it, then update with LH motors and get a RH 72 drive to work with the LH motor

    2006 mercury 60 4 stroke milky oil

Milky oil can come from a few things. Best to do a compression test and a cooling system test. Compression would be easy enough, but being a OB I don't know how to do a cooling system.

    Engine idle rpm oscillations

If that is at idle then the gauge is off or its idling to high. Does it still do this if throttle cable is removed and its held by hand closed?

    2001 wellcraft 270 costal powered by a mercruiser 7.4 mpi with a bravo 3. Doesn’t accelerate.

Keep adding gear lube and lube leaks into the bilge Seal and upper bearing problem Want to keep running it until the end of the season Might be able to save something to rebuild if done now. Don't seem to care so run it until it breaks. New drive cost 10K, its only money
