    reach up the front side of the inside gunwale panel and put a tool on the fastener to remove the nuts. or use a nut splitter. if you dont have access from the front of that panel, you will be removing the panel

    with stock exhaust, I would use the 24 degree module and no more than 10 degrees base timing. with elevated risers, or aftermarket exhaust such as Stainless Marine, etc. I would use the 22 degree module and 12-14 degrees of base timing. this is to control reversion at idle.
