    The MPR should have 12V on one side full time. If it does not, then its a fuse, a bad connection or broken wire. The relays can be swapped with each other

    OK Yel/Red on inside post Purple on outside post Yel/red comes from start assist relay to crank over the motor Purple supplies power to the fuel pump while cranking and before motor starts Wire as before and find out why the yel/red wire is not being powered up when the key is turned to start.
