    I would say your low pressure pump is the issue Its either loosing connection or there is a restriction between tank and pump The motor may run with the low stopped but then the HP pump has to pull fuel thru low and the aeration starts

    The IAC should never see 99% othen then for s split second, and agree your vacuum is low. Fuel pressure is low, so either the regulator is weak or the injectors are leaking

    Not an OB expert but the ETC I believe is a 2 stroke If it is, then the kill switch grounds the Black/Yellow wire to the Black wire wired like this
