    I am getting a lower unit first gen. I can get the upper part of the outdrive included at no extra money but it wont be the correct gear ratio. Is it worth paying the extra shipping.     trailering cover

    I have a great trailering top in great condition but the brass gromit used for the poll that raises the top to shed water came off. It is a brass gromit about 3/4 inch round with a 1/4 inch hole in it. Is there a way I can put a new one on? If so what do I need? Thanks.

    What is the scoop with compression. what are the differences from a car to a boat. for example 10 to 1 .... is that not a good set up for a boat? 8 to 1 is what the manual shows for a 454. what would be the draw backs if you ran a higher compression? Thanks
