    If you ran it with out the Pump being Primed(under water), then you need to replace the Impeller, as it uses Water as a Lubricant

It was actually taken at 1:30am, using a Full Moon with a very thin Cloud Layer. Moonlight has the same Colour Temp as Sunlight Tech Specs... Shutter...

    Welcome to iboats You say you replaced the Fuel Lines. Did that include the Hoses between the Connector on the Motor to the Pump, and from the Pump to the Carb? The Port on the Block you referred to as "Small Pulse Opening", is clear? Is the Gasket between it and the Pump sealing?

    That Motor has no Choke, but rather an Enrichment System. Are you squeezing the Primer Bulb till it gets hard insuring the entire Fuel System is full?

    1968 was the last yr where Crankcase Condensate was purged into the Exhaust Housing. In post #18: That hose#27, is listed as going to the Manifold. The is also another Hose#4 shown that goes to the Bottom of the Crankcase, near the Bottom Bearing, but doesn't say where is goes...

    Running the at Serial # brought up nothing. Is it a US motor, or a Canadian, or an Australian Motor? Is it a Single Cylinder, 2 Cylinder, a 4 Stroke or a 2 Stroke
