Not sure what your trying to do fstorm. Are you glassing the plywood or just giving it a coat of resin. Either way you have to mix your resin and hardener together then apply it to the plywood. If your glassing, do it in sections, start at one area, apply the resin hardener mix then lay down the glass and coat it in more resin until thoroughly soaked. Then continue on. I see your using polyester so you have to work fairly quickly. Have your fiberglass material cut to the sizes that you want. This will take some practice, so don't get discouraged if you screw up. It's a learning process. Read Micks110 thread...he worked with polyester and did a great job.
I didn't make it to Winnipesaukee when I was there. We were suppose to but something came up. It's been years since I was at Sunapee but I still think about it every now and then..I saw the nicest sunsets ever, even to this day. very beautiful place.
