I don't think I would put a lot of effort into pounding that stuff out - maybe try to get the big ones a little more flattened out to make the fastener seat a little better. Maybe.
I'd probably put the time into sealing from the inside. Gluvit, 5200, G-Flex would all be pretty good options, eh.
And those DRAIN HOLES in the keel and strakes are errors admitted by Starcraft.
Huh, that may be so but....
As I mentioned in my threads and others I have drilled extra holes in the keel so any water will drain out. Now that I think of it, I didn't do that on the strakes, bit I believe I will.
The strakes and keel are not water tight so I'd just assume work with the water (drill drain holes) rather than against it (fill with silicone).
Just my take on the matter.

seems like the general consensus is to leave them and fill will Gluvit and/or JB weld, and not work on them, except the gaps along the seam. that area try to straighten out some.
Even that is too much. These are just appendages, not water tight parts of the hull. Gluvit the attaching rivets from the inside and be done with it.
Gluvit, do form the chine down on all the rivets and seams, basically the waterline down??
If any of the Starmada has a chance, tape up your drain holes next time out, use waterproof butyl tape. After retrieval, take the tape off and see what comes out. If DRY, cool, but if water comes out, then water can get in!
My '76 was just in the lake for 3 straight days and used hard including pretty much getting airborne over big wakes. Not a drop of water intrusion.
Well, then those areas may not have ever been a problem, that said, I will edit out the posts
