GB I posted my comments on your thread and I'm glad the pics gave you some ideas!
Instead of using pl to bond the wood I put csm and resin between them for the glue
Nemo drain/limber holes are a good idea so water cant sit along your stringers and bulks leading to what we are all doing now....if only the manufacture would have done that and better glass work....but that takes time and hurts their profits....
When you do your holes keep them low and build up some mat and resin in front of them to make a ramp so the water flows out easily.
Thanks for the thumbs up on the work![]()
need pics too see bud.....
post them before you seal it,
ill be on tomm nite
dont forget to resin coat the inside of the limber holes.
cheers
oops
even if you could have bought a newer one for what you will have in it.
I don't really think you coulda bought a better... new 5.7 merc, four winns, teak swim platform.. She is a sweet rig.. These are boats. We always got more in em than they are worth.. It's the price of playing with such toys... Cut your labor out and I don't think you are into it very deep at all
Looking good man. Almost makes me want to try a big glass boat...
