Heck yeh, buddy. Shoot across the lake, take the waterway to the St. Lucie river, the St. Lucie to the ICW north about 7 miles, we will be sitting at the tiki waiting to help you tie up.

That is if the ABSOLUTE Lemonade has not got to us to bad. :D  If it has we will still crawl out to help.

No worries, Fireman, anytime. I have something special up my sleeve for you and yours.

Oh...chit...

You guys have mountains?!? This is Florida...the flattest state in the Union. You can actually stand on your front porch here and watch your dog run away for two days...

Now THAT'S funny!!! Southwest Georgia, being connected to Florida, (the flattest state in the union?) is also rediculously flat. No terrain features.:(

I'm no Civil War expert... But wasn't Florida part of the Southern Confederacy? It wasn't until many years later that all the old ladies from Brooklyn dragged their husbands down to live there, turning Florida into a suberb of Brooklyn, New york!!!

We havent been. We will certainly call when we do though. Might be heading up that way on Sunday for lunch and some brews.

Looking like this date is blocked out for a cheer event/football game. Probably not gonna make it down this time around. Next time we hope.

Of course, you know this already, but... SOUNDS AWESOME!!!, my friend.:D Reminds me of St Augustine... "This just gets better and BETTER!!!":)

Speaking of BYOB... I discovered a new (to me) beer. It's as though it was created for me.:) It's almost scary... You know how I love IPA's and other really hoppy ales... Well I recently discovered... Get this: "RANGER IPA" I saw it and did a double take!!! (and almost a back-flip.) I read the cardboard holder of the six-pack; and found it's a product of the "Fat Tire" brewery. I've heard some really good things abouit their beers, but hadn't tried any. Couldn't let this one pass me by. Sasto, you've got a really good idea about my taste in beers/ales. We have very similar taste. We've both had plenty of different beers/ales from all over the world. Sasto, this is one of the best I've ever tasted!!! If I had to make a choice of one, and it was to be the last I'd ever taste, A bottle of Ranger IPA or a fresh draft of actual Ireland Guiness... It'd be a rough choice... Can't wait to share some with you. Let me know if you can't find it. I'll be sure to bring some with me. I'd prefer to pick it up there, though, rather than travel with it...

You have got to try this stuff!!!:D

I'll look it up, veritas honus. I don't recall ever having one. I'm pretty sure I can find it. If the big store that carries hundreds of beers doesn't carry it, I have a place that will order me anything I want. I will gladly give it a try. :D

Well, nlain. My guy in town can get me any beer I've ever wanted.:D

I gave him a call....and gave him the name. He recognized the beer instantly and knew the brewery.

He said I can get all I want........but I have to drive to GA to get it!

Fail......

Bring it on, veritas honus!

But that is only about 4 to 5 hours away from you, you could make a day trip of it and see the sites while you were at it. :D I would have thought he could special order it, but then it is alcohol and there are all kinds of rules on that stuff that prevent doing what you want to. :(

Have you guys/gals tried the Wild Blue Ale? It's actually purple and made from half wine and half ale. ...kind of an acquired taste...

Maybe I'll bring some along to see whos game. The first 12 take a bit of getting used to. After that, you really don't care...
