    Merc 40hp 2017 miss at 300yards...

Unable to find a pressure sensor, not saying it doesn't have one, just not able to find it. Did find the pump and have to look at Mercury Marine parts, none of the other places are up to date with newer serial numbers

2005 350 Mag dropping fuel pressure under load

Was hoping you were not going to say that. Sellers of injectors on ebay have ripped so many folks off and they keep going. Point 1 - if an injector goes bad there is no way to rebuild it. Think about taking something that manufactured to precise tolerances and then is crimped in stainless...

    Merc 40hp 2017 miss at 300yards...

Just guessing, but first thought is the water pressure sensor Don't know about this motor but many OB's use a fuel pump that runs off the pulses of the exhaust. If sand is partly clogging the fuel pump it's not getting enough to keep fuel pressure up Need a serial number Might need a Rinda...

NS90A slow trimming down, wire to motor getting hot and smoking

Have no knowledge of these OB's, but hot wires and smoke means something is shorting out. When current increases (what happens when shorts happen) then the wire sized for the motor is drawing more then designed for. It's most likely the trim motor. Reason being is the relays just pass voltage...

    no start

The fuse is used to protect the battery if the alternator shorts out. This is not you current problem, install one if you wish but will not change anything now You can crank and then it won't crank or even click Meaning corrosion (bad connections) and /or bad key switch

Engine dies after running for several minutes

That pic is not a antisiphon valve and has no business in my opinion in the fuel line.

That's a standard deep cycle lead acid and full charge should be 12.7V Your higher readings just means your meter is off a little. No biggy just something to note

    no start

You can but by the looks of the pics start by removing all the cables and wires and clean them up to shinny metal. Also the ground cables. There is a lot of corrosion.

5.7 EFI stalls when warm and shifting into gear

Yes, spray intake and base of TB Numbers track each other pretty close to each other. I'm no expert just what I'm use to seeing, as before might try cleaning IAC but not chemicals

5.7 EFI stalls when warm and shifting into gear

I understand the manual, I'm thinking intake leak Could be the IAC is just not responding quick enough, but most times I'll see the counts higher. With it down in the lower numbers, it's almost closed. IAC can go to 100
