    Maybe someone can find the specs, but if the plan is to put new bearings in, I would suggest repack the ones in it now. If you can spin the wheel and it's smooth the bearings are good. Bring along a tub of grease and repack them Most likely with a 1200 lb trailer I would guess 1 inch axle...

    Your TB will have a plug on one side which can be removed and gauge attached (Item 1 or 3), other side is fuel line https://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassembly/31844/2704/110 Or can get 91-806901 and remove fuel line and attach it

    Need to figure out is it fuel, spark or motor. Does the new motor have a flat tappet or roller cam? If flat was cam broke in? You sure the tank was completely empty as in bone dry? Could dump contents of the filter into clear container to see if anything is there but clean gas Check timing
