    Need to clean entire fuel system on engine and send injectors off to a outboard company like Brucato. There is trash floating in system stopping up the inlet screens to injectors.

    Oil companies cannot certify their own oil, has to be certified thru NMMA testing. Motor has other problems than oil type due to look of piston

    No such thing as a uncertified TC-W3 oil. If bottle has printed TC-W3 on it, it had a certification.

    I always put a dab of SealAll on those type and screw in hand tight till wont turn. Those are balance tube and need a zip tie on them

    That is caused by rolled/broken ring in the ring land of piston. Due to low temp as oil "cokes" in ring land and pushes ring out. It thencan catch a edge in port and break.

    Dont know why people add oil to cylinders as it can cover up compression issues. If been setting as posted a quick shot of WD40 in cylinder and carb intake is all it needed. Compression would be low if rings stuck, 120-130+psi is good on a crossflow motor. If concerned get a bore scope or pull...

    That 115hp in pic is a 60 ° motor. Get NEW pistons not good one as no such thing as good used.

    I will send you some glasses as if you look at pics of motor the OP has posted there is NO scale or build up in powerhead. I dont hide behind anything, I tell it as it is with real world technical information, not the stuff you dream up in your head.

    From the wear shading around the ports and the crappy job someone did honing. I would bore it .030 and slap a WSM kit in it. Install new deflectors, t-stat/poppets and impeller.

    Someone all ready replaced 1 piston as it .020. Typical cheap DIY repair, fixed the damaged cylinder and put the other 3 old pistons back in with rings.. Just a ticking time bomb as when other cylinder/s fail and looks as it as went off. Need to bore and replace all 4 pistons
