    Green wires are Bonding wires and normally go from a ground buss bar to each thru hull fitting.

    Lots of fuel out the plug holes, would say your flooding. Need to get back into the carb and check float level and if there is a piece of crud in the needle seat

    If pump wasn't pumping because of some crud inside which is now clear, some of that may have made its way into the carb

    The temp is on the front of the intake and has 2 wires The diode is most likely the Red plug. The more I think about it, its not the diode

    Being TKS might have an issue with the Temp switch, diode or TKS module. Anyone of the above if it starts drawing more current, may drain power from the coil

    My boat weights about 1K less dry then yours and I use a 3/4 with class 5 hitch. No issues

    Maybe use jumpers and hot wire the pump directly. If it runs and fills the filter/carb then would be another issue

    Does the pump run when motor is cranking? If not, is fuse blown?
