    Was thinking about this, and your going to need to move the breakers inside because I don't think they make waterproof double pole type. Either that or see if those covers will go over them.

    No, the negative side is switched to ground by the distributor. You have a TBV ignition. Run through this guide to see what is wrong

    Something is missing, things don't add up Carb motor, throttle plate opens wide 6 psi fuel pressure Compression at 150 all cylinders (hope this is about 150 because otherwise its BS)

    Having a 1971 you should have spring washer on top the rear mounts. Is it there? The rear mounts may need to be replaced Could also be the engine coupler is warped. Rotate the motor 90* to see if things change

    Would use 30AMP I'm seeing 2 shore power cables. My guess is they are both 120V 30AMP If they are then need 2 double pole breakers

    My guess is your running hot, you should be lower then 175* What is your motor serial number and are you closed cool?
