    If I understand you correctly, your saying your use to seeing the rub place on the points stay in contact with the cam. I would say that should not happen, reason being is if it did then anything (spec of dirt or crud) could open the points and cause a misfire Did I understand correctly?

    First check timing and make sure its at 10* BTDC in base timing mode Being a TKS, there is extra hissing going on when cold. Does the sound stop within 10 minutes are so?

    Using 8 to 10 gal/hr doesn't sound bad. That's 4.6 to 3.7 miles per gal at WOT, but guessing you may be in the 25 mph range so still good at 3.1 to 2.5 miles per gal. My Rinker (23ft cuddy at 4800 lbs 454) gets about 2.5 to the gal.

    Check the antisiphon valve at the tank. Its the barbed fitting the rubber fuel line connects to Place a fuel pressure gauge after the pump to see what kind of pressure your getting. Should be around 6/7 psi

    Yes, the mechanical pumps have been known to pump to much. Doesn't happen often but does happen. Member BT had one producing 9 psi 62Kpa right out of the box

    Agree, bad rebuild or fuel pump has to much pressure No more then 48 Kpa or 0.48 bar

    Might have air in the fuel rail Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the schrader valve on the rail. With key ON does it come up between 50 to 60 psi? Bleed at the schrader valve to see if there is any air

    Unable to say for sure, but it will be the two located below the retaining bar. Take a ohm meter and see which one provides zero ohms between the case of the meter. If one does that should be ground.

    Mine are mounted on the side bulkhead in the engine room. Might want to just get another breaker. The water proof ones are nice Mine goes from the Bat to a main solenoid used to turn ON the windless. Then short cable to the breaker, then to the windless solenoids near the windless
