    rivet sizes

    the 18.5 ' starcraft hull i picked up recently needs a few rivets.... I checked the id with my dial caliper and am getting .171"ID. is that a special size? I guess i can try and line of the holes ( they should be close the rivets all around are still good)... and ream the holes to .188" ID and...

    new water pump isnt pumping good!

    this is the second time i have done a water pump on this motor. the first time everything went well. and I was pumping at least 10 psi at idle and up past 25 psi at WOT. lately the waterpump has been fluctuating...and never went past 15 at 3500 rpm... so i had an extra lower unti i rebuilt...
