I have added trim tabs to the back of my boat but when on the trailer they line right over the trailer rails. So everytime I land the boat I have to undo the tabs so they don't bend over the rails.
What would you recommend doing to prevent this? Trim 4" off the back of the trailer rails and relocate the lights? Or land the boat 4" short and strap it down? Can't move the trailer winch and guide roller down because where it is mounted to the frame it Y's off at that point. Do they make a winch & roller extension maybe?
Any ideas appreicated
Trim tab over rail end
Winch and guide roller setup
How the boat sits on the trailer now
Thanks
