    any good brand tcw3 will do fine I believe xd50 is semi synthetic and has some carbon inhibitors check for good sparks... 3/8 inch if not redo electricals change the impeller clean the carb and run some engine cleaner like Merc Power tune...

    try a wide blade flat punch and alternately hit the edge of the part to break it free you have nothing to lose now keep soaking it. I have used Dupont silicon spray with great success on struck parts... it is a water like spray and sweeps in fast by capillary action by the way...

    how about some spray lubricants to release rusted stuff. Teflon sprays are great but plain old WD40 should do and when your done it is like the other rusting....wire brush it, prime it paint it wax it

    if it got that way....it is called neglect by the p.o. a wire brush, scrapper blade, primer and ETEC blue paint and the problem is gone... for a while then repeat :-) at the annual inspection with lots of TLC .. I car wax mine twice a year to ! as for the cracks ...you know how!
