How much longer till the red?

Hay all

Well the white isn't going to be here till tues, noon !!! So I dont see red till late next week !!! I'm not sure how long its going to take to tape off ???? thinking a couple hours at least , and that hoping that she sands really easy after a coat that day !! [ rust-oleum says can be sanded after 4 hours] so I will give it 6 hours !!! LOL and then sand her and see how she looks , I might be looking at a 4 coat for her !!! I hope not but I'm not counting it out !!! and its been drying petty good in 4 hours !!

Ok more later !! anyone else watching this game ?? wings just went back up 4-3 !!!!! John

Y'know, they make an additive called "flotrol" that is supposed to help paints level and flow better...you can get it at the big box hardware stores in the paint dept. I was thinking of looking into it to see if it is compatible with the paints we are using....it would help a lot if you could get the paint to self level better than it does.

Our polyurethanes have self leveling agents, as well as other additives to get it to go down on most floors without issues year-round. I would think that a product like Flotrol would help with Rustoleum.

( btw John, I got 2 pints of bright red rustoleum marine sitting in my basement ;))
