    Lets start with the motor serial number? Also is this a new to you boat, or has the problem just started? Can be many things, most of these are fuel issue or low compression

    Removal is easy enough for the small shaft, the larger one is a bear but can be done. A press is best to install the seals. I used the old small seal and placed on top of the new small seal then a hose clamp to keep them from separating doing install That is the correct seal kit

    Want to see if the spark is steady as motor cranks. Should get 2 sparks with each revolution. Crank it a good 10 seconds and see if it stays constant. Should jump 0.40 easy enough even though your plugs are .35. Should also be white or Blue

    Need to better understand the orange spark and make sure its orange. Even orange should ignite gas. Can use a spark plug from the coil to ground but it would be better to use a spark gap tester. Can set it up and see if its a good spark...

    You have 12V at the coil, so I would not suggest running jumpers. Jumpers are good for a quick check but can also cause damage if connected incorrectly

    That's the right one Measure this while running MAP pin 1 and 3 to see what the Temp volts show MAP pin 1 and 4 to see what the Pressure volts are At WOT 1 to 4 should show 4.5 or so volts, and idle should be 0.5V Also check TPS pin B and C to see position Same voltage readings for TPS as MAP...

    Not an OB guy but your going to need the motor scanned. The 32 on the oil says its not working, and my guess is there is other things that are not working also. Mercruiser has a in gear switch and don't know if your OB does, but a Merc sounds an alarm above 2500 RPM if the ECM thinks the motor...

    It should never just die going to neutral. Something isn't right, unless it has something like a vacuum leak but that would have other issues Fuel pressure should be 40 psi
