    My guess is your going to need to have the pump rebuilt or replaced. In the USA I would take it to a local diesel injection pump service and have them do it. You can go to www.volvopenta.com And find the pump, but it doesn't show any breakdown. It also doesn't show a AQAD31 so I used AQAD30

    That's the diaphragm rupture indicator and should never have any fuel in it. When the pump diaphragm gets a crack in it, the line sends the excess fuel into the intake instead of into the bilge. Need to replace the pump

    The 5-9 is a good pump but a bit higher then needed for the carb. Carbs like no more then 7 and work fine at 4 or 5. Might need a regulator But wait till its installed it might be fine
