    '84 Evinrude 75hp. Is water supposed to come from there?

    Hey guys just picked up a super clean outboard. 140 psi in all 3 cylinders, electric system charging great, shifts smoothly, pees strong and looks great! But there is water coming from the spot pictured below when running on the hose. Is this normal? And just for kicks....
